Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality shisha blends according to guest preferences.
- Maintain a pristine and inviting atmosphere at the shisha lounge.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of tobacco, charcoal, and accessories.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests warmly.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality or as a Shisha Master is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of shisha flavors, mixing techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- High school diploma or vocational qualification in hospitality.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
