In this role, you will work with premium cleaning solutions, polishing tools, and restoration techniques to revitalize leather, suede, and fabric materials. You will also be responsible for performing minor repairs and conditioning treatments to extend the life of the footwear. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive cleaning and polishing of various shoe materials including leather, suede, and canvas.
- Conduct detailed inspections to identify damage or wear and recommend appropriate restoration treatments.
- Apply conditioning agents and waterproofing sprays to preserve the integrity and appearance of footwear.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace and tool area.
- Update daily logs and records accurately, tracking the status of customer orders and materials used.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding shoe care services with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in organizing stock and restocking cleaning supplies as needed.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in shoe care, leather repair, or a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of different shoe materials and appropriate cleaning methods.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
