We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Shop Assistant to join our team in the beautiful area of Pecatu, Bali. As a Shop Assistant, you will be the face of Embun Natural. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, assisting customers with their product choices, and maintaining the shop's aesthetic appeal. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with product recommendations.
- Drive sales performance to achieve daily and monthly store targets.
- Maintain shop cleanliness, inventory organization, and attractive product displays.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Manage stock replenishment and perform regular inventory checks.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and provide detailed product knowledge.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our natural product range and benefits.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian; basic English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light stock lifting.
