As a Shop Attendant, you will be the face of our brand. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly and helpful attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, including shelf stocking, product displays, and general cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory levels and report stock shortages to management.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers to drive sales performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Prepare daily sales reports and ensure the cash drawer is reconciled correctly.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting tasks as needed.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
