Tanggung Jawab
- Drive and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for the monobrand store.
- Analyze individual brand productivity and implement strategies to boost conversion rates.
- Manage end-to-end inventory control, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and minimizing shrinkage.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong understanding of retail metrics, including conversion rates, UPT, and average transaction value.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Proficient in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
