Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily retail operations including customer transactions, inventory control, and product merchandising
- Provide exceptional customer service with detailed knowledge of vegan products and menu offerings
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing shop displays aligned with brand standards
- Handle cash management, POS operations, and daily reconciliation procedures
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate supplier deliveries, and implement inventory optimization
- Train and mentor new staff on product knowledge and service protocols
- Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and customer loyalty programs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in retail or hospitality with customer-facing roles
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Knowledge of vegan/vegetarian products and dietary preferences preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Reliable with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management software
