Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash handling and electronic payments.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are fully stocked and attractively arranged.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock audits and reporting.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and handle feedback effectively.
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure promotional materials are displayed correctly.
- Maintain a safe and organized retail environment in compliance with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work on a contract basis, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Kuta Selatan, Bali.
