Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and visually appealing product displays.
- Manage inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Track daily sales performance and prepare basic sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with all store policies, safety protocols, and security procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work flexible shifts.
- Polite, proactive, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
