Karmafree Surf Shop & Cafe, located in the heart of the vibrant Uluwatu area, is seeking an energetic and reliable Retail Assistant to join our growing team. As a hub for both locals and travelers, we pride ourselves on our eco-friendly retail selection and premium hospitality.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer who walks through our doors feels welcomed and inspired. You will manage daily shop operations, maintain our high aesthetic standards, and assist with cafe service duties as needed. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, personalized service to all shop and cafe customers.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain shop visual merchandising and ensure stock levels are organized.
- Assist in the daily opening and closing procedures of the shop and cafe.
- Promote eco-friendly products and share brand values with customers.
- Handle inventory replenishment and quality control of retail items.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the shop and cafe floor.
- Collaborate with the team to drive daily sales goals and promotions.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in Indonesian is highly valued.
- Passionate about surfing, eco-conscious living, and island lifestyle.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic numerical skills for cash handling and inventory reporting.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
