As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every visitor experiences the laid-back, welcoming vibe that defines our establishment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our store’s aesthetic, assisting customers with our premium surf gear, and supporting our cafe operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service, offering expert advice on surf gear, apparel, and local products.
- Maintain store presentation, ensuring merchandise displays are visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and handle daily cash balancing.
- Assist in the cafe area during peak hours, ensuring high standards of hygiene and service efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock checks and replenishment orders.
- Stay up-to-date with current surf industry trends and product knowledge to better serve our clientele.
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for all tourists and local surfing community members.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (other languages are a plus).
- A genuine passion for surfing, sustainable living, and the Bali coastal lifestyle.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and general reporting.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Residency or ability to work legally in the Badung, Bali area.
