- Greet and welcome all customers with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences and face shapes.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store through diligent merchandising and regular cleaning.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts and restocking processes.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve feedback, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Keep up to date with new product releases and eyewear trends to better assist shoppers.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Friendly, approachable personality with a focus on delivering excellent service.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for POS systems and inventory software.
- Highly organized and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage store operations independently.
- Fluency in Indonesian; conversational English is highly preferred.
