We are looking for an energetic and professional Shopkeeper (Retail Associate) to join our foundation team during this exciting expansion.
As a key member of our boutique, you will be the face of the Bonjour Bali brand. We are seeking individuals who are not just selling products, but creating memorable experiences for our international and local clientele. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide world-class customer service by greeting, engaging, and assisting visitors with product inquiries.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising, ensuring the boutique is always clean, organized, and inviting.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle daily cash reconciliations.
- Manage inventory, including receiving new shipments, stock tagging, and performing regular stock counts.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide expert recommendations and enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute promotional campaigns and store events.
- Ensure the security of store assets and uphold company operational policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; vocational background in hospitality or retail is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Sales Associate, Retailer, or in a customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
- Proficiency in both English and Indonesian (additional languages like French or Mandarin are highly valued).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required by the boutique operations.
- Strong attention to detail and a high sense of personal responsibility.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, premium boutique environment.
