As a Shopkeeper, you are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere, managing daily retail operations, and ensuring every customer experiences the BGS spirit. If you have a knack for customer service, an interest in retail management, and a love for the surf lifestyle, we want to meet you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily shop operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by sharing knowledge about our surf products and coffee offerings.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and maintain balanced cash drawers.
- Maintain shop cleanliness, inventory organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment and stock counts.
- Build positive relationships with local surf enthusiasts and visiting tourists.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of or strong interest in surf culture and specialty coffee.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian; basic English proficiency is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems.
- Highly reliable, organized, and capable of working independently.
