- Process incoming Grab Mart orders accurately and efficiently
- Select and verify product quality according to established standards
- Inspect items for freshness, expiration dates, and packaging integrity
- Prepare orders for pickup by delivery partners in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shopping area
- Communicate with store staff to resolve any product availability issues
- Report any discrepancies or quality concerns to the supervisor
- Ensure all orders are properly packaged for safe delivery
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills

- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
