We are seeking a dedicated and professional Shopping Mall Concierge to join our team at a prestigious shopping mall located in the heart of Singapore's Central Region. As the first point of contact for shoppers, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and memorable experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors, providing information about mall services and facilities, and assisting with any inquiries or concerns they may have. You will be the face of the mall, setting the tone for every guest's visit.
In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with mall management and other departments to ensure smooth operations and a safe environment. You will manage lost and found items, handle feedback and complaints with tact, and coordinate with tenants and security teams as needed. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Your typical day may involve assisting a tourist with directions, helping a parent locate a children's play area, or coordinating with a tenant on a special request.
We value exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages such as Chinese, Malay, or Tamil will be a distinct advantage. We also look for a well-groomed professional with a warm and approachable demeanor. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in customer service, ideally within hospitality or retail sectors.
This contract position offers a 5-day work week and a competitive monthly salary ranging from $2,400 to $2,700. You will be part of a supportive team that values your contributions and provides a positive work environment. The mall is conveniently located in the vibrant Central Region, easily accessible via public transport.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or retail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional grooming and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Chinese, Malay, or Tamil is a plus
- Good knowledge of the Central Region and local attractions
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
