As the first point of contact for shoppers, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and memorable experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors, providing information about mall services and facilities, and assisting with any inquiries or concerns they may have. You will be the face of the mall, setting the tone for every guest's visit.

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with mall management and other departments to ensure smooth operations and a safe environment. You will manage lost and found items, handle feedback and complaints with tact, and coordinate with tenants and security teams as needed. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Your typical day may involve assisting a tourist with directions, helping a parent locate a children's play area, or coordinating with a tenant on a special request.
