- Coordinate logistics for crew scheduling and resource allocation across fleet departments

- Collaborate with department heads to address immediate operational challenges
- Monitor and adjust planning schedules in response to dynamic operational needs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies in all planning processes
- Prepare performance reports on workforce utilization and logistics efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in workforce planning or logistics operations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and planning software
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic operational environments
- Knowledge of hospitality or maritime industry operations preferred
