- Monitor and respond to guest reviews across all platforms to maintain high property ratings and address feedback professionally.
- Optimize listing descriptions, photography sequences, and dynamic pricing strategies to improve search ranking and conversion rates.
- Handle conflict resolution and guest issues promptly to ensure a positive experience and mitigate potential disputes or refund requests.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on occupancy rates, revenue performance, and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Stay updated on platform policy changes and local short-term rental regulations to ensure continuous compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management, specifically within the short-term rental (STR) sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to maintain a professional and friendly tone.
- Proficiency in using property management software (PMS), channel managers, and standard office productivity tools.
