Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement creative showroom designs aligned with brand identity and sales objectives
- Create comprehensive visual merchandising strategies to maximize product impact and customer engagement
- Plan and coordinate spatial layouts for optimal traffic flow and product highlighting
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align design concepts with seasonal campaigns
- Source and select appropriate props, lighting, and materials to enhance product presentation
- Produce technical design documentation including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings
- Monitor and maintain showroom aesthetics, making adjustments based on performance metrics
- Stay current with design trends, materials, and technologies in retail and furniture industries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in showroom design or retail visual merchandising
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful retail design projects
- Deep understanding of furniture materials, construction, and display techniques
- Excellent spatial planning and 3D visualization abilities
- Proven track record of translating brand concepts into physical environments
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting concepts to stakeholders
