Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Showroom Receptionist to be the face of our luxury showroom in Redhill. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring that every guest receives a premium, world-class experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will manage front-of-house operations, handle inquiries with poise, and assist our sales team in maintaining a high-performance showroom environment. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, and takes pride in delivering unparalleled customer service. Tanggung Jawab

  • Welcome and greet all showroom visitors in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front reception desk, including handling incoming telephone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a pristine showroom environment, ensuring all display materials and brochures are organized and stocked.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing vehicle documentation and customer follow-up records.
  • Manage customer refreshments and ensure the waiting area provides a comfortable, luxury experience.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication regarding client appointments and events.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including courier management and office supplies inventory tracking.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma holder in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in reception, hospitality, or high-end customer service roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong sense of professionalism and a well-groomed, corporate presentation.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a busy, professional showroom environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
