- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing showroom sales team
- Set, monitor, and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance showroom presentation
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service protocols
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize performance strategies
- Manage showroom inventory, stock levels, and promotional displays
- Foster strong client relationships through personalized consultation and follow-up
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in retail sales with 1+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong proficiency in inventory management and CRM systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in visual merchandising and showroom presentation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
