Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers to the showroom, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their specific needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information, demonstrate features, and handle product demonstrations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Keep the showroom organized, clean, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers to encourage loyalty and referrals.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies or shortages to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar showroom environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
