Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers entering the showroom in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed product information, demonstrate features, and answer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the showroom at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates are preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail or showroom setting.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to persuade and negotiate with potential buyers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate items.
- Punctual, reliable, and willing to work on shifting schedules if required.
