Klots Interior Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Showroom Sales Associate to join our team in Kemang. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping clients transform their living spaces while managing the full sales lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a strong background in retail sales, particularly in the furniture or home decor sector. You will not only drive revenue through professional consultations but also ensure our showroom maintains a premium aesthetic and that our administrative processes run seamlessly.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial customer consultation to final product delivery.
- Provide expert product recommendations based on customer interior design needs and aesthetic preferences.
- Maintain showroom excellence by ensuring all displays are clean, organized, and accurately labeled.
- Handle administrative duties including sales order processing, invoicing, and inventory tracking.
- Provide top-tier after-sales service, including managing client inquiries and addressing any product-related concerns.
- Generate and nurture leads through professional networking and in-showroom engagements.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and monitor performance against personal and store targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within furniture, luxury home goods, or interior design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sales administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Strong understanding of interior design concepts or willingness to learn product technical specifications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a target-driven approach to sales.
