In this role, you will act as the face of our premium brand, guiding clients through our curated selection of high-end interior furniture, modern lighting systems, and integrated ICT solutions.
You will play a pivotal role in transforming client visions into reality, whether for residential spaces or professional office environments. We are looking for someone who excels in building relationships, understands the nuances of aesthetic design, and can confidently explain the technical value of our ICT product range. Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with showroom visitors to understand their interior design and ICT requirements.
- Provide expert consultations on our range of furniture, lighting, and tech-integrated solutions.
- Maintain an impeccable showroom presentation to ensure a world-class customer experience.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and follow-up documentation for potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in interior design, furniture ergonomics, and ICT developments.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while providing exceptional after-sales support.
- Collaborate with the logistics and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the furniture, interior design, or electronics sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical ICT concepts to non-technical clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and performance targets.
- Excellent command of Indonesian and professional working proficiency in English.
- A proactive, energetic, and customer-centric personality with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Basic proficiency in POS software and Microsoft Office suite.
