This dual-role position is perfect for someone who thrives in a face-to-face retail environment while possessing the creative flair to build an online brand presence.
In this role, you will be the face of our showroom, providing exceptional service to our customers while simultaneously capturing the energy of our brand for TikTok and Instagram. We are looking for a trend-savvy individual who understands how to turn showroom interactions into engaging short-form video content that drives both foot traffic and online engagement.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily showroom operations and provide high-touch service to walk-in customers.
- Drive sales conversions by effectively communicating product value and closing deals.
- Conceptualize, film, and edit creative TikTok and Instagram Reels content that showcases our latest offerings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environment that reflects brand standards.
- Analyze social media metrics to optimize content strategy and improve audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align in-store promotions with digital campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support with a professional demeanor.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in showroom sales, luxury retail, or high-end customer service.
- Proficiency in mobile video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot) is essential.
- A strong portfolio or active social media presence demonstrating creative content creation skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and engaging personality.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, hashtags, and viral content strategies.
