Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert consultation to clients on flooring, tiles, wallpaper, and curtain options
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Manage showroom operations, including inventory management and display maintenance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of products
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with the team to achieve showroom sales objectives
- Participate in marketing events and promotional activities as needed
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in construction materials, home improvement, or related industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of interior design principles and materials is advantageous
- Proficiency in using sales software and Microsoft Office applications
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Must be Singaporean or hold relevant work permit for Singapore
