As a Showroom Sales Stylist, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers visualize their dream living spaces. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling advice to showroom visitors.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their lifestyle needs and suggest tailored furniture solutions.
- Manage end-to-end sales transactions, from initial inquiry to final delivery coordination.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and inviting showroom atmosphere that reflects our brand identity.
- Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, product knowledge, and industry developments.
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to keep the showroom floor fresh and inspirational.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or Diploma in Interior Design, Retail Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in high-end retail, furniture sales, or lifestyle consultancy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Keen interest in home styling, interior design, and current market aesthetics.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in a competitive environment.
