We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Showroom Team Lead to join the Melaleuca team in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our showroom, ensuring that our clients receive a world-class shopping experience. You will act as a mentor and supervisor to our team members, driving sales performance while maintaining high standards of inventory management and visual merchandising.
As the face of our operations, you will play a crucial role in coordinating between the sales floor and inventory teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage daily showroom operations, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and visually appealing environment for all visitors.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate closely with the inventory department to manage stock levels, process returns, and conduct regular stocktakes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and building lasting relationships.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product display to attract and engage customers.
- Analyze sales data and team performance to identify trends and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote new products and drive foot traffic to the showroom.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or showroom operations.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering excellent customer service in a sales environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or Retail Management is a plus.
