Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to inquiries from global advertisers via ticketing system, chat, and email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to advertising platforms.
  • Document and track all support interactions accurately in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams as needed.
  • Meet service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times.
  • Provide product knowledge and best practices to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support or helpdesk role.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
  • Experience in chat and email support.
  • Must be willing to work in Quezon City.
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.
