Tanggung Jawab
- Leadership & Administration: Oversee the daily operations and management of the childcare centre, ensuring a productive and harmonious work environment.
- Curriculum Development: Lead the implementation and refinement of a comprehensive, play-based curriculum aligned with the NEL framework.
- Staff Mentorship: Mentor and guide teaching staff, conduct performance appraisals, and organize professional development workshops to enhance team capabilities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to ECDA licensing requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards at all times.
- Parent Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular communication, parent-teacher conferences, and community engagement initiatives.
- Financial Management: Manage the centre's budget, resources, and procurement processes to ensure financial sustainability.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve the overall quality of care and education, including hygiene and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Education: ECDA-certified Principal qualification or a recognized Early Childhood Leadership certificate.
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of preschool teaching experience with demonstrable exposure to leadership or management roles.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Early Years Development Framework (EYDF) and current best practices in early childhood education.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with staff, parents, and regulatory bodies.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and drive performance in a fast-paced educational setting.
- Certifications: Valid First Aid and CPR certificates are highly preferred.
