Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and effective Singapore Math lessons to students of various age groups.
- Implement the standard Enrich Asia curriculum with fidelity and passion.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and highly motivated classroom environment.
- Manage classroom discipline effectively to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Participate in regular professional development and training workshops.
- Collaborate with center management to improve teaching techniques and student outcomes.
- Prepare instructional materials and maintain accurate student performance records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous teaching experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong command of Mathematics concepts and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- High level of patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for teaching children.
- Ability to work effectively in a full-time capacity in San Pedro, Laguna.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining high educational standards.
- Experience in Singapore Math or supplementary tutoring is highly preferred but not required.
