Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver structured Singapore Math lessons using CPA methodology
- Develop differentiated lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations
- Implement classroom management strategies conducive to active learning
- Communicate student progress effectively to parents and stakeholders
- Collaborate with teaching teams to refine instructional techniques
- Participate in ongoing professional development programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or Mathematics
- Teaching license/certification (PRC LET preferred)
- Experience with Singapore Math curriculum or similar frameworks
- Strong foundation in mathematical pedagogy and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in creating engaging lesson materials
- Patience and adaptability in diverse learning environments
