- Manage end-to-end air freight operations for import and export shipments, including West and East routes
- Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Prepare and process necessary documentation, including air waybills, commercial invoices, and packing lists
- Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or delays in the shipping process and implement corrective actions
- Calculate freight charges and ensure accurate billing and invoicing
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service
- Stay updated on industry regulations, customs requirements, and best practices in air freight
Kualifikasi
- Singaporean citizenship is mandatory for this position
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in air freight operations, import/export documentation
- Strong knowledge of air freight procedures, regulations, and documentation requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
