You will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, mentoring staff, and driving performance metrics to ensure high satisfaction levels. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical proficiency in systems such as AWS and VB to optimize workflows, resolve complex logistics issues, and maintain seamless communication between internal departments and external clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end order management process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Liaise with manufacturing and transport teams to resolve shipping discrepancies and logistical bottlenecks.
- Utilize AWS and VB systems to track inventory, process orders, and generate operational reports.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of customer service representatives to ensure high performance and morale.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on conflict resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and the overall customer experience.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Singaporean Citizen.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in customer service, order management, or logistics.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing a team or department.
- Proficiency in technical systems, specifically AWS and Visual Basic (VB).
