In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and nurturing business relationships with corporate clients, delivering compelling product presentations, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
You will work closely with the sales manager and marketing department to identify new business opportunities, craft tailored proposals, and ensure a seamless transition from prospect to loyal customer. What You’ll Do
As an Indoor Sales Executive, you will:
- Identify, qualify, and convert new B2B leads within the West/Central region.
- Conduct indoor presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing accounts to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales KPIs, reporting progress to management.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline activity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Provide market feedback to refine sales strategies and product positioning.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of indoor or field sales experience, preferably in B2B.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Valid Singapore citizenship or Permanent Resident status (required due to hiring constraints).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the West/Central region for client meetings when necessary.
