Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion in the manufacturing sector
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Utilize VB-based tools and AWS infrastructure for project tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and quality assurance
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Manage project budgets and optimize resource utilization for maximum efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Singaporean citizenship is mandatory for this position
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Proven experience in project/program management within the manufacturing sector
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and infrastructure
- Proficiency in Visual Basic (VB) for project management and reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex engineering problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
