Tanggung Jawab
- Manage sea freight import and export operations from start to finish
- Prepare and submit permit declarations for customs clearance
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities
- Maintain accurate documentation for all shipments
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Resolve any issues or delays in the shipping process
- Provide regular updates to clients on shipment status
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Singaporean citizenship is required
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sea freight operations
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's import/export regulations
- Experience with permit declarations and customs procedures
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
