Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for telecom infrastructure projects within Metro Manila.
- Conduct thorough site surveys and feasibility studies to assess suitability for tower installation.
- Navigate the complex permitting process with local government units and regulatory bodies.
- Negotiate lease agreements and contracts with landowners and property managers.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for site acquisition and compliance.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, legal, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in site acquisition, permitting, or telecommunications infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of local government regulations and zoning laws in the Philippines.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Metro Manila area.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
