Join the dynamic team at Erajaya as a Site Acquisition Assistant Manager. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our strategic expansion in the Jakarta Raya region. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Site Acquisition Manager and construction personnel to provide expert guidance on site selection, lease negotiations, and operational readiness.
As a key player in our retail growth strategy, you will be responsible for conducting thorough site feasibility studies, analyzing market trends, and securing prime commercial locations. You will collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure all contractual obligations are met and oversee the initial stages of site development to ensure alignment with Erjaya’s brand standards.

- Assist in the identification and acquisition of retail locations in Jakarta Raya.
- Conduct comprehensive site feasibility studies and market analysis.
- Negotiate lease agreements and contracts with landlords and property owners.
- Coordinate with construction and design teams to ensure site readiness and compliance.
- Manage all necessary documentation, permits, and regulatory filings.
- Monitor site progress and resolve on-site acquisition issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate management, or retail operations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of local construction regulations and commercial lease terms.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
