Are you a driven professional with a background in site acquisition and construction? Erajaya is currently expanding our infrastructure team and is seeking a proactive Site Acquisition Assistant Manager to join our talent pool for our Makassar operations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, negotiating, and securing strategic site locations that support our rapid retail and logistics expansion.
As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Site Acquisition Manager to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure that all site acquisition activities align with our construction timelines. We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, a skilled negotiator, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders in a high-growth environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate directly with the Site Acquisition Manager to execute site development strategies.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess potential locations against operational requirements.
- Negotiate lease agreements and land acquisition terms with property owners and landlords.
- Manage the end-to-end permit application process, ensuring compliance with local government regulations.
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure site readiness and timely project turnover.
- Maintain comprehensive records of site acquisition progress and project documentation.
- Resolve property-related disputes and facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site acquisition, property management, or construction project support.
- Strong knowledge of land acquisition regulations and building permits in Indonesia.
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to be based in or travel to Makassar as required.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Indonesian and professional English.
