- Conduct market research to identify high-potential retail locations across Jabodetabek
- Analyze demographic data, traffic patterns, and competitor presence for site evaluation
- Perform due diligence on properties including zoning regulations, infrastructure, and accessibility
- Negotiate lease/purchase agreements with property owners and landlords
- Collaborate with development teams to align site selection with operational requirements
- Prepare comprehensive feasibility reports and site presentations
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and key stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in site acquisition, retail leasing, or property development
- Deep knowledge of Jabodetabek commercial real estate market dynamics
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record in lease agreements
- Proficiency in market analysis tools and real estate databases
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
