Join FiberHome Telecommunication Technologies as a Site Acquisition Manager and play a pivotal role in expanding our telecommunications infrastructure across Central Luzon. This critical position requires strategic site identification, comprehensive survey execution, and successful contract negotiation to secure optimal locations for network deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining project timelines and budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in land acquisition processes and possess exceptional stakeholder management skills to navigate complex negotiations with landowners and government agencies. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate potential telecommunications sites through strategic search rings and feasibility analysis
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys (ISSR) including terrain analysis, infrastructure assessment, and environmental impact evaluation
- Negotiate and execute legally binding lease agreements and contracts with landowners
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure site specifications align with technical requirements
- Manage documentation and compliance with local zoning laws and regulatory standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies and community leaders
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure acquisition milestones are met
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or telecommunications infrastructure
- Proven track record in negotiating lease agreements and contracts with landowners
- Proficiency in conducting site surveys (ISSR) and technical feasibility assessments
- Strong understanding of Philippine land acquisition laws and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and survey documentation software
