Prime@Technology Specialists, Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated Site Acquisition Officer specializing in Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) Right of Way (ROW) management. In this vital role, you will be the bridge between our network infrastructure goals and local community stakeholders, ensuring that our connectivity projects move forward efficiently and in full compliance with local regulations.
As our ROW Officer for the Quezon area, you will play a critical role in facilitating the deployment of fiber optic infrastructure. You will manage permit applications, negotiate agreements with private property owners and government entities, and maintain rigorous documentation to ensure all site acquisition practices adhere to company policies and local ordinances. Tanggung Jawab
- Secure and negotiate Right of Way (ROW) agreements with private property owners, homeowners' associations, and barangay officials.
- Prepare and process permit applications with local government units (LGUs) and other relevant regulatory agencies.
- Ensure all site acquisition activities strictly comply with local ordinances, zoning laws, and company standard operating procedures.
- Conduct site surveys to assess the feasibility of infrastructure placement and identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
- Maintain an organized database of all acquired sites, signed contracts, and permit statuses.
- Coordinate closely with internal engineering and project management teams to expedite site readiness.
- Resolve any disputes or complaints from property owners regarding site installation or ROW access.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in site acquisition, ROW negotiation, or project permitting within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of Philippine LGU permit processes and local government procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and proficiency in documentation management and reporting.
- Willingness to travel within the Quezon and Batangas provinces for site visits and meetings.
- Familiarity with FTTH network deployment projects is a significant advantage.
