We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Site Acquisition Officer to join our team in Leyte and support the expansion of our fiber network.
As a Site Acquisition Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the deployment of FTTH and OSP projects. You will be responsible for identifying suitable sites, negotiating agreements, securing necessary permits, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This is an urgent role that requires immediate attention, as we are accelerating our buildout in the region. We are looking for a candidate with specific experience in telecommunications site acquisition, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the local landscape.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for telecommunication infrastructure placement to support FTTH and OSP projects.
- Negotiate lease agreements, easements, and right-of-way permits with landowners and local authorities.
- Prepare and submit permit applications, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, legal, project management) to facilitate site acquisition process.
- Conduct site surveys and due diligence to assess feasibility, environmental impact, and zoning requirements.
- Maintain relationships with property owners, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
- Track and report project milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies to management.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and filed appropriately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in site acquisition, preferably in telecommunications or infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience with FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) or OSP (Outside Plant) deployment is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with local permitting and zoning processes in Leyte and nearby regions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel and conduct field work within Leyte province.
