Are you an expert in Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising infrastructure, site acquisition, and government relations? Our company is seeking a dynamic Site Acquisition & Permit Lead to spearhead our billboard and advertising asset operations across Jakarta. In this role, you will be the bridge between our strategic growth goals and local regulatory environments.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the full site lifecycle—from scouting high-traffic locations and negotiating land acquisition terms to securing essential permits and overseeing construction projects. You will act as the key liaison for government stakeholders, ensuring seamless operational compliance and project delivery for our diverse advertising portfolio.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and secure high-visibility locations for OOH advertising assets across Jakarta.
- Manage the end-to-end permit application process, ensuring full compliance with local building and advertising regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials, local authorities, and private landowners.
- Supervise site installation projects and ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal visibility and structural integrity.
- Lead negotiation efforts for land leases and service agreements to ensure cost-efficiency and project viability.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align site acquisition efforts with overall marketing and expansion objectives.
- Monitor and report on the status of permit renewals and operational performance of existing assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Site Acquisition, Property Permit, or Government Relations, specifically within the OOH Advertising industry.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian zoning laws, advertising permit regulations, and land acquisition procedures in Jakarta.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management and field operational oversight.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple sites concurrently, and solve complex regulatory bottlenecks.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
