Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for telecommunications infrastructure? OCK Group of Companies, a leader in the telecommunications network services industry, is looking for a dynamic Site Acquisition & Permitting Executive to join our expanding team in Glenmarie, Selangor.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of our network expansion projects. You will act as the bridge between property owners, local authorities, and our engineering teams. Your ability to navigate complex permitting processes and secure strategic site locations will directly contribute to the connectivity and growth of our regional network infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and secure suitable sites for telecommunications infrastructure development.
- Manage the end-to-end site acquisition process, including lease negotiations and property owner agreements.
- Coordinate with local municipal authorities, government agencies, and utility boards to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Ensure all site documentation and permitting applications strictly comply with local regulations and internal standards.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of site acquisition status and permit tracking for project management reporting.
- Resolve land access issues or community objections that may arise during the permitting phase.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure feasibility and compliance with proposed designs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in site acquisition, land administration, or telecommunications permitting.
- Strong understanding of local government regulations, land use zoning, and permitting workflows in Malaysia.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle tight deadlines and regulatory hurdles.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site assessments as required.
