We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Acquisition & Permitting (SAQ) Supervisor to join our team in Samar, Eastern Visayas. As a key player in our infrastructure expansion, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end site acquisition process, ensuring that we secure the necessary rights and permits to deploy our high-speed network solutions efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all site acquisition and permitting activities from initiation to closure.
- Oversee Right of Way (ROW) negotiations with landowners, local government units (LGUs), and other stakeholders to secure necessary easements and access rights.
- Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies to process and expedite permits, clearances, and licenses required for tower and facility construction.
- Conduct thorough site surveys and feasibility studies to identify optimal locations for network expansion.
- Ensure strict compliance with national and local laws, ordinances, and industry standards regarding telecommunications infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of acquired sites, contracts, permits, and legal documentation.
- Train, mentor, and supervise the Site Acquisition team to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the telecommunication industry, specifically in Permitting, Right of Way (ROW), and Site Acquisition.
- Strong background in government relations and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the local laws and procedures in Eastern Visayas is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications and project management tools.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (if applicable).
