In this role, you will be the driving force behind our physical growth, identifying premium locations that align with our brand identity and commercial objectives.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of site developmentāfrom initial market scouting and feasibility analysis to securing high-traffic locations that guarantee long-term profitability. The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of property market knowledge, negotiation prowess, and analytical rigor. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and scout high-potential locations for new F&B outlets across strategic target areas.
- Conduct in-depth market feasibility studies and competitive analysis to validate site profitability.
- Manage the end-to-end site acquisition process, including property sourcing and preliminary site assessments.
- Lead lease negotiations with landlords, property agents, and building management to secure favorable commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handover from site acquisition to outlet development.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential sites to support the company's aggressive expansion strategy.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure all potential sites comply with local zoning and business operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site acquisition or property development, specifically within the F&B or Retail industry.
- Strong understanding of Jakartaās property market, including high-traffic commercial zones and emerging retail trends.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships with property owners.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, investment analysis, and market feasibility reporting.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple site projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for field scouting and site inspections across the assigned region.
