Erajaya Digital is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Site Acquisition Supervisor to join our expanding team. As part of our talent pool, you will be at the forefront of our retail expansion strategy across Indonesia. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing prime retail locations that align with our business objectives and brand standards.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the property market in Jakarta and surrounding areas, coupled with superior negotiation skills. You will manage the end-to-end site acquisition process, from initial scouting and site surveys to lease negotiation and contract finalization. This is a high-impact role requiring strategic thinking, agility, and the ability to build strong networks with property owners and developers.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute the end-to-end site acquisition process for new retail outlets.
- Conduct thorough site surveys and feasibility studies to assess commercial viability and technical requirements.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate developers.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental agreements, and renewal contracts to ensure cost-efficiency and business growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure compliance and smooth handover.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential expansion opportunities.
- Prepare detailed site reports and presentations for management approval.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in Site Acquisition, Property Leasing, or Business Development within a retail or telecommunications environment.
- Strong background in contract law and lease negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- High mobility and willingness to conduct frequent site visits within the designated region.
- Proficient in analytical tools and mapping software for location scouting.
- Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
