Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for infrastructure development and real estate strategy? Erajaya is currently seeking a highly skilled Site Acquisition Supervisor to join our expanding team for our Jawa Timur expansion projects. In this role, you will be the bridge between our operational goals and local property development, ensuring we secure the best locations to drive our retail footprint.
As a Site Acquisition Supervisor, you will lead the charge in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating terms for new site locations. You will be instrumental in conducting site surveys and building strong relationships with property owners and local stakeholders. If you possess a sharp eye for networking and a tactical approach to property acquisition, we want you in our talent pool.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end site acquisition processes for new retail locations across Jawa Timur.
- Conduct thorough site surveys to evaluate technical feasibility, foot traffic, and commercial viability.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental prices, and contract conditions with property owners and landlords.
- Build and maintain a robust network of local property agents and stakeholders to streamline the acquisition pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal legal and project management teams to finalize contracts and permits.
- Perform detailed site analysis reports to present to senior management for approval.
- Ensure compliance with local zoning regulations and Erajaya's internal site standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in site acquisition, property management, or business expansion.
- Strong background in commercial negotiation and contract administration.
- Excellent analytical skills, specifically regarding site survey and market feasibility.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills to influence and build consensus with diverse stakeholders.
- High mobility and willingness to travel frequently across Jawa Timur.
- Proficiency in mapping tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
